Guess what guys? I'm trying out for hairspray at Smithfield Little Theatre!! I'm so excited. I don't really expect a part since there is a lot of competition. If I do get a part, I'd like Penny. We actually look a lot alike too. My audition song is   Part of Your World- Little Mermaid. I used to have really bad stage fright. Like I'd break down in tears before the show even starts, a couple days before the show starts. But I have a rally good voice teacher and she said the best way to get over it is to just put yourself out there. I was really scared at first, but I started small. First I sang in front of my chorus and we're a tight group. then I took a solo in my recital. Now I sing in church and I'm also thinking about a career in musical theatre/acting.  If you're shy, I'm really sorry but the best cure is to just do it. My motto is Do it now or forever regret it.

Well guys, I'm having boy troubles. A couple months ago there was this guy who really really liked me. Of course I let him down easy at first saying I just wanted to be friends, but then it got annoying. I kept insisting that I didn't like him and never would. Well that was big fat lie, though I didn't know that at the time. When I was at a party last night, I realized something. I kind of like him now. I feel like a crappy friend, breaking his heart then falling for him. Gee, what a nice person I am. But the thing is, he likes my friend. I'm 99% sure she doesn't like him, but I don't want to cause a lot of drama. Another thing is that I have friends who wouldn't be to pleased in my choice of a boyfriend. He isn't known for staying with girls for long or being single very often which is why I'm afraid of what people would say. I know it's kind of petty and childish but I worry a lot about what people say and think of me. It feels like life is a competition to be the best. Feel free to give me some advice.....
